More often than not, they get our order wrong. A few weeks ago I called to let them know. The manager said we could come back and they would make sure we got the correct items. Which we did. Today we went back and the manager was working at the drive thru window. He handed us our bag without saying “hi” or “here you go”. The order he handed us was incorrect. Without saying a word, he put his hand out for us to give him the bag back. Then a minute later he handed us the correct order. When we got home, the grilled cheese dipping taco didn’t have shredded beef. Instead, it had greasy taco meat. It’s almost like they just don’t care to get the food right. Unfortunately, we won’t be back any time soon. We like Taco Bell but this location can’t get the orders correct and the employees obviously hate their job. Bummer.
