El Pollo Loco - BLD Oceanside

Staff is rude and stuck up..they talk bad about other employees and you can hear them talking while you are eating. The guacamole I bought was bitter and looked dark and oldWhen I asked if I could get a new one they told me they had just made it and it was good. It clearly wasn't and it looked old. Will not return to this location ever again.

Their raspberry drink tasted like disgusting hose water. Health department do you read these?

I got the chicken and shrimp toast audible It was good. Friendly service as well. Last time I came to El Pollo loco I didn't really care for it. Now I will definitely be back to get this tostada bowl. Very delicious and fresh. Located right off mission in Oceanside there is plenty of parking and easy access from mission.

Chicken tacos were OK. Dry, not very flavorful. Husband's burrito was not evenly stacked with ingredients. Online menu did not match the location's offerings.

Aside from the food being delicious, the Store Manager Alberto went above and beyond with his service. Went a couple of days after asking for a receipt, and he was able to re-send it to me no hassle. Highly appreciate and recommend coming to this location versus others in route.
