Hana Tokyo - Bldg Fort Huachuca

Waitress took my order asked me twice if order was correct because I wanted lobster, shrimp and chicken and they brought me steak , lobster and chicken . I didn’t have time for them to remake it so I took a bite of steak and it was horrible ran to bathroom and threw up . Then they over charged me . Horrible service, nasty food and this place has gone way way down hill !! Waitress did not even apologize! Wouldn’t get manager when I asked ! WARNING DO NOT EAT HERE !! Drive the extra time to Tucson !!

Love this place always and Stephanie is such a great waitress, we have always enjoyed everything here! Thank you for everything for our special occasions!!!

For a Sunday night, atmosphere was lovely, food was excellent although unsure of the freshness of the cooking oil used for the tempura.

My husband and i make a trip every year to celebrate our special occasions. But,i really have to say last night. I was blown away with such an incredible waitress, We had by the name of Stephanie! She is everything a waitress is suppose to be and she was spectacular!!! The best ever hands down!!! I hope this place really takes care of her. She is truly a Diamond! Thank you so much Stephanie! I dont think i can ever thank her enough, for the perfect night we had. All because of this wonderful young lady and waitress, she was to us. We definitely can't wait to go back to have her again! Very disappointed. Fiance sent me her order and I went in for takeout. First two items they tell me they don't make. I point out that it is showing those items on your menu online. Girl explains that some of the pictures of the menus are old and they only make the food from the menus she handed me. Fair enough.I order shumai and get told they don't have that, I show her it is in the menu but she insists they don't make it. I try to order vegetable gyoza but they don't have that either, only the pork. I understand you can't keep the pictures of the old menus of the internet but your in house menu should be correct.The salad that came with the salmon teriyaki was disappointing to say the least. Lettuce was old and did not come with dressing. It will be a long time, if ever, that I return.
