The Pita Pit - Blue Mountains

Typical, but outstanding service. Despite the hectic Christmas rush, the staff remained efficient and friendly despite being clearly tired. Kudos to them!

The service at this restaurant is excellent and the food is good. While the prices are higher compared to most Pita Pit locations, the quality of the Pita makes it worth it. The only drawback is that some customers linger at the tables on their phones without ordering food, taking up valuable seating space.

We start our day with a breakfast in Pita Pit. We ordered Falafel Sandwich and it was very delicious. I love welcoming the staff.

I love dining at Pita Pit because I can eat healthily and feel satisfied. Despite only having 4 employees, this place efficiently served a large crowd. The 3 server/cashiers were quick, efficient, health-conscious in their food preparation, and enjoyable to interact with, showing humor and respect towards customers. They were especially kind and patient with the young children, making the experience even more pleasant. These 2 young women and 1 young man are sure to succeed in whatever they pursue in life. While they may not have everything, they have exactly what people need. We enjoyed our meal outside on the wooden benches on a beautiful, sunny end-of-August day. Thank you.

To start with... the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The location is right in the heart of the attraction. The food is always good and delicious at PitaPit. You have a bunch of options and flavours to satisfy your hunger and entertain your taste buds. Nothing much to say for the franchise as Whoever knows the name knows that they’re good.
