Mcdonald's - Blue Springs

Wow to my surprise, this is a great mac! It was very clean and cozy here, all the terminals were working, and the staff were smiling, a great toilet, clean, which is a shock to me, because it's a Mac?

Apparently they randomly change their hours or they just sit inside collecting a paycheck and not working. I showed up 45 minutes before close and their drive through says they're closed and to come back during normal business hours. lol worker's just standing inside doing nothing even though they're open for another 45 minutes.

Horrible cashier. She was being a snot and being super rude to the other customer in front of me. The manager needs to talk to this young lady and fix her attitude and rudeness. I gladly left and didn't order anything. I would've gave this a zero star if I could've

I ordered breakfast from McDonald's this morning and unfortunately, they got my order wrong. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits with cheese, 2 sausage McMuffins, and 1 sausage McMuffin with extra sausage. However, I only received 1 sausage biscuit with cheese, 1 sausage McMuffin, and the sausage McMuffin had eggs on it. This kind of mistake seems to happen frequently and it is frustrating because attention to detail is not a priority. This is not the fault of the delivery service, as they are just the supplier. Food companies like McDonald's need to take more pride in their work.

I believe this is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. The hash browns were hot and the breakfast sandwich was fresh. I am usually not impressed by McDonald's, but this experience was great. Thank you to all the team members working on May 21st at 10 o'clock for their support.
