Thought I would try Jacks today instead of my regular Hardee's for breakfast. I was rushed to give my order at the drive thru. Then this is what I got ... I told the young man at the window and was brushed off as if there was no reason to complain. Rude service and food was not what I had hoped ! The worst Jacks I have been to. The employees are rude, the food is usually cold, fries are old and they NEVER fill the milkshakes up full but charge full price and when asked to fix it get an attitude and say thats how they are told to make them? Huh? So you are trained to fill the milkshakes 2-3 inches or more from the top of the cup? Bullcrap! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
