I took some friends from out of town to this restaurant, and we all loved our meals!
This restaurant feels more like a space for group dining than a fine dining establishment. Some of the cooking methods resemble those used in catering. For instance, many menu items are pre-cooked, which often results in them being dry and lacking in texture. Additionally, ordering beef rare is usually pointless, as pre-cooked meat is served at best medium or medium-rare. If the beef isn’t pre-cooked, it seems the kitchen staff lacks a proper understanding of what rare meat is, and it often arrives medium-rare or even medium.
Menu needs to have some changes monthly! Bring back steak fries or French fries! You need a high quality large hamburger that you would get in a regular steak house or slider hamburgers. Someone needs to look at menus from Capitol Grille, Ruth Chris, Mortons or Abe and Louie's. Time to get rid of the tomato garnish and find something else!!!!! Love the hot fudge sundaes!!!!!
FISH WAS OVER COOKED AND DRY. EVERYBODY ELSES SEEMED TO BE GOOD.
