We went in and like... he said both of the top traditional Colombian dishes Ajiaco and Bandeja paisa both explained they were available with vegetarian protein substitute. We ordered one of each Ajiaco came with tofu instead of chicken and the bandeja paisa with mini soy sausage and fake cracking. Both were great and gave us the opportunity to taste the traditional meals. Would recommend. I also suspect that both could be slightly vegan, too minus the egg for the Bandeja Paisa and with the Ajiaco the cream served separately.
Excellent restaurant, spacious and comfortable, fully familiar and informal. Exquisite traditional cuisine, presents a good selection of the most representative dishes in the area. The restaurant has a variety of creole recipes such as ajiaco, bandeja paisa, arepas, etc. It is an ideal place with a pleasant atmosphere to live and experience the culinary culture of the Colombian country. Very good attention from waiters, variety and quality in the menu. As far as hygiene is concerned, everything is very tidy and tidy. It is a very clean and cozy place. One of the best restaurants, very friendly, the service they give is safe. You can hear typical music of the country. You have artists with live music. It is really very difficult to recommend only a dish, because all are very tasty. It is the best Colombian restaurant to find in the city of Bogota and its surroundings, in addition to the excellent menu where you can enjoy a variety of dishes, service and atmosphere, make it a place you want to enjoy every day.
The service was really fast and the food was excellent. It could really be the best Ajiaco in the world.
The staff were nice. The food choice is limited around 6 dishes. Our food was nice nothing exceptional. But be aware your paying hefty tourist premium for what is stable food you find everywhere in bogota
The food and service was fantastic. There was only half the menu available but that only frustrated our vegetarian friends. The food is delicious and in big portions so value for money is very high.
