Great location and best service in bologna. we wanted to watch people while we were sleeping on a negroni, and the smiling waiter talked us through all local Italian gin. his name was alesandro and his beautiful smile, love to detail and desire to really make our night. it was the best negroni we had in italia. they have large bread and butter and seafood menu, so many oysters.
Se siete appassionati di croditè marino, crostacei e molluschi, fino alle ostriche sempreverdi (forse afrodisiache) circondate da una mappa di vini idilliaci (originaria e non stereotipata) avete trovato il posto giusto! e non mancano cocktail, pre o dopo cena, con una vasta scelta di distillati.
Se la credono troppo, vai a pagare e neanche ti guardano in faccia...
Il crudo più buono mangiato! Ostriche selezionate di diverso calibro e provenienza! Tutto freschissimo e con un sapore che non si dimentica! Il locale intimo e tranquillo e lo staff è gentilissimo e super preparato. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
