Domino's Pizza - Booneville

The food is exquisite, featuring fresh vegetables for the pizza that can be customized to your liking. Personally, I prefer my veggies small and thin on my pizza.

I've never had a bad experience with Domino's until recently. I used to order from them frequently, but I've stopped because it now takes nearly an hour for my food to arrive, and I live just 5 minutes away. This wait is excessive. To make matters worse, I've been informed that I'll now be charged double for delivery. That's unacceptable. The food is already expensive and waiting an hour is frustrating. I constantly hear excuses about being short-staffed. Can't they hire a few more people? It's disheartening because even the few good employees they have are nice, but everyone has reasonable expectations. It seems unfair that a loyal customer is being charged extra for a service that is lacking. There should not be an additional charge—only an extra $6 because they don’t reimburse their drivers for gas anymore. They need to get their act together.

I used a coupon from my company Christmas party, and I was told it would cost $5.00 plus tax for a small pizza. However, when I got home and checked the receipt, I saw they charged me $9.99 for the pizza. The next day, I went to inquire about it, but they refused to refund my money or honor my coupon. I won't be returning.

I went to the "Meet the Tigers" event and had an amazing experience. A huge thank you to Domino's for putting it together once more!
