The couple next to us, same problem. The shrimp appetizer was good. The server was rattled, confused and untrained. Finally just got chicken fried steak because after 1 hour if shannigans we were starving. 77 bucks and waffle house would have been better. They didn't discount any part of the meal or notify the manager. We don't look for free food, but a comp wine while waiting 45 minutes would be nice. We're staying at the hotel for 3 days and was really looking forward to our dinner. It seems nobody is running this place. A steakhouse should be able to cook a steak
Alright I don't know what happens but they finally brought back the delicious taste of the New York burger, yes it is made of steak and it is huge but it is worth!
11/1/23. Let me start by saying as far as service the waitress was very nice and friendly. My wife ordered the New York Burger and I ordered the chicken fried steak. My wife's burger was almost burnt and she ask for it to be medium rare, so tough she couldn't eat it. My chicken fried steak was good but the mash potatoes had so much garlic I couldn't eat and I love garlic but this was ridiculous and the green beans were cold as ice. There was a older couple sitting across from us that had ordered the same exact meals and had the same results. The gentleman told us they sent there's back and and when they brought it back it was the same. Not to mention it took almost an hour to get our food. So we didn't even try to get ours recooked. Just payed the bill and left. First time and last time won't be back. Very disappointed.
The place looked great but the hostess was off chatting with someone and when she finally got to us and seated us, we realized the prices of the food was OUTRAGEOUS! Waiter came to us quickly and we left. $45 for a 7oz prime rib? Thanks but no thanks.
Unlimited crab legs are pretty good. Needs more potatoes and corn though.
