The friendly bartender named Jess took care of me, delivering my order promptly and with a great attitude. Her cheerful personality, smiling face, and funny sense of humor made the experience even better. Because of my mobility issues (due to Cerebral Palsy), I couldn't sit on the high stools, but Jess made sure I was comfortable and accommodated my needs perfectly. I would definitely go back again <3
Normal beers are priced around £5 and the music is too loud. However, the food is good and the staff is friendly. As a German, I must mention that Brass Haus is not very authentic in terms of German cuisine. Additionally, they made a simple mistake in their German advertisement.
Beer selection could have been broader. Good selection of shorts. Food menu looked good, but we didn't eat. Live music was an unexpected bonus, but may also depend upon when you visit. Good vibe, loud and friendly staff.
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our dining experience tonight. We decided to dine at the brass house again based on a previous enjoyable visit, but this time none of the dishes we wanted were available (jager schnitzel or onions on hotdogs). We were not informed of this until after we had already ordered drinks. We ended up changing our meal choices, but the steak we received was overcooked and tough. The coleslaw was subpar as well. Despite our sons not wanting to cause a scene and our tiredness and hunger, we cannot recommend this restaurant.
Great if you love lager. Unfortunately not one ale for sale draught or bottled. Informed its not something people drink in January. I don't think ill be back in any month unless the staff or bar change their stance.
