I have ordered many paintings here and always receive excellent service as well as thanks for our great order. this customer service is difficult to reach. thanks for being great?
I've only made positive experiences here. they love the manager and cashiers. only had to wait more than 10 minutes here and the manager made sure that I got my food in time to get back to work before my break ended.
Today I ordered a large half unsweet tee half limonade and they accused me when I got into the window, they said, oh I'm sorry we don't make mixed drinks. the limonade has no sugar. I have diabetes and can not consume sugar, so without asking that they have given me a sweet tee to go with my unpunished limonade, and they had a attitude about it so that I have not returned to this mcdonald’s ever again
The good news is their rewards work good when their app works. Last week I used a deal at the restaurant that wasn’t as good as the deal in the app because it was not working. As long as it’s working take as any of the deals if you don’t have points for rewards. Here, only one at a time though.
Worst McDonald's in town. Half the time the order is WRONG, even after repeating it when they do get it right it is COLD food. The window person slings the food out the window, not saying one word ! Very poor Customer Service training !
