We love the wings and my husband thinks their liver and onions is the best. I have also had work functions at Greshville and they have done a great job with the banquet and set up.
Had Easter dinner at Greshville Inn with a friend and her mother the food was incredible, and the service was amazing,. We have been here several times previously for dinners, and have always had a good experience. The quality of the menu items and service are consistently good.
We go once a month with a group of about 12 people. Servers are always very helpful and food is very good no matter what you order. Even with a large group like ours the food comes out hot. the only thing that could change is the inside of the dinning room. It is very dated and could use a make over.
I would recommend going only during peak hours when you go to dinner... went on a Saturday night and the atmosphere was lively, but not out of control. Our waitress was fantastic and the food was phenomenal! Our party RAVED on everything at the table! On a Sunday returned and literally had a total of 180 experience that the bartender served the entire restaurant that sat people but were never visited and the new cook got about 65% of our order completely wrong. I'm ready to go back during the bumps for the experience, but the kitchen has some training and staff in front of the house with at least one server to help the bartender!
What a fantastic place! My husband and I decided to have a date night and I suggested Greshville since we pass by it frequently but had never stopped in. The interior is gorgeous, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I found myself torn between the Chesapeake Chicken and the Honey Dijon Salmon on the menu. I asked our waitress for her recommendation, and I appreciated her honesty when she said she doesn’t eat salmon (only white fish) and therefore would suggest the chicken. It was refreshing to hear such straightforwardness! Ultimately, I chose the salmon since we don’t have fish at home, and it was a delightful change. The honey dijon salmon is served on a bed of white rice with asparagus, and you get two sides as well! I even had leftovers to take home! My husband went for the Meat Lovers Double Down Burger, which comes with homemade chips. He devoured the burger but was too full to finish the chips! I would absolutely recommend this restaurant!
