Arrabiatas Italian - Boynton Beach

I pre-ordered using the link from Google Maps, but I wouldn't suggest doing that since it no longer works. When I arrived, the staff explained the situation to me. I reordered on-site, and they made my request a priority. The food was fantastic, and I definitely plan to return. Food: 5/5.

Unfortunately, the service has significantly declined. We waited over 15 minutes for the waitress to take our order, and then we waited another half hour for our food, only to receive a cold lasagna that was impossible to eat—it felt like ice in my mouth. When we informed the waitress, her response was not helpful at all. Our family used to love Arrabiatas; the food was always delicious, and we never had any complaints about the service. Even on the busiest days, the owner was present to assist customers. After this experience, we will not be returning.

The restaurant was empty, and the server was friendly and courteous. The menu looked promising, but the food was completely disappointing. The soup was bland and served cold, and the lasagna appeared messy and soapy, also cold. We had to send it back to be reheated. This is a place I wouldn’t want to return to.

We had a fantastic experience, and our waitress Christy was excellent.

I recently relocated from Philadelphia and stumbled upon this local gem. The food and service are fantastic! The bartender, Johnathan, is a lot of fun. The owners are incredibly kind as well! I'm absolutely loving it! It was the perfect sweet treat to cap off the evening.
