Del Sol Bakery - Boynton Beach

I Love this bakery! Everything is so fresh and amazingly yummy. It is run by Michelle, Melissa, Jason and Monica who are so sweet and friendly! I never knew them till we found this hidden gem now there stuck with me! Definitely a 10 !

I was lucky to visit Del Sol Bakery when I was on vacation, and if I lived in Florida I would be back for more! The croissants were delicious and everything was creatively prepared. What a friendly and talented staff! Definitely a place I will go again when I'm visiting.

This is the best bakery in Boynton Beach, no wait in Palm Beach county!!! If you haven’t gone, run don’t walk!

One of the few places one can taste the quality of ingredients. My friend is a french national and she very rarely approves of anyone's croissants but Del Sol won the thumbs up. We are new to the bakery but we can speak for the goodness of the blueberry scone, croissant, ham and cheese croissant, and the french bread. We will be hitting the bakery once or twice a week, probably more.

The first time I tasted Del Sol’s croissants was at the Boca Green market. They tasted so good, that a week later we got 2 dozen croissants, half with cheese and the other half with ham and cheese, to share with the family in a trip to Orlando. They were gone in one day and it wasn’t many of us. Later I was invited to their Grand Opening at their Boynton Beach store (this is their ONLY location . The Grand Opening party was awesome! Lots of people, great vibes, really really good food and excellent vibes! The baguettes, croissants, focaccia were delicious! I later tasted the chocolate cake and was amazing! the right amount of chocolate, frosting, not overwhelming or too rich. When you get a chance, stop by and sample some of their products. You’ll also notice how nice they really are. When you go in, you’ll notice that they took their time to set things right. The little details, Eco friendly bags, stickers, chairs, it’s a very well coordinated place. It’s always clean and smells like a bakery : Wishing you the best and most success in your new venture.
