Lazeez Shawarma - Brampton

Dear Management, I hope this message finds you well. I wish to bring to your attention my experience at Lazeez's branch located at 8982 Chinguacousy Road in Brampton. Unfortunately, I have found the consistency of the servings at this particular branch to be unsatisfactory on numerous occasions. Despite exploring other Lazeez locations, where I have found the value to be more consistent with expectations, I consistently return to the Chinguacousy branch due to its proximity to my residence. Regrettably, this branch has consistently failed to meet my expectations. After yet another disappointing experience tonight, I have come to the decision that this will be my last visit to this specific branch. I am now contemplating exploring other options, such as giving Omos a chance, in search of a more reliable and satisfying dining experience. I got a mixed wrap and the beef was sour/tangy, with a fuzzy texture. I would like a refund, or another regular mixed wrap made with fresh chicken and beef made today.

I've heard a lot about this place so, today I got the chance to try and I must say it's worth trying. Great service skills by Lovejeet and his team.

The customer service at this location was exceptional and the food was very good and fresh.

Ordered chicken on the rocks large. They have increased the price and plate is now smaller than before. Understandable due to inflation, but should have maintained size of the portion atleast. When we are paying more, atleast give us the same quantity.
