When we were raised, I saw the sign and said you'd find me. he gave up his poutine to come with me and I'm sorry. it wasn't terrible, it was just average. I eat quite a lot, so I will say that the good is that the broth was not salty. it was good. my disappointment was that there were not many options. I'm not big on bark and that seemed what it was. I ordered the seafood and there was hardly anything in there. we also ordered the fresh spring rolls and I gagged when I found pork in it. I know if I order my early roles in my home state, they don't have a dick in them. I'll say they were fresh. I'm just done. that's a plus. I can give nothing but an honest review, as we only ordered pho and jump roll. it was empty when we were there. I didn't go to the bathroom, so I can't comment on cleanliness there. the service was good. we only saw the man when we sat and then order. next time, I should just follow my man to try something new.
We went to dinner after Christmas tree lighting. reasonable prices for their meal times and good quantities too. the decoration of the place makes them forget that they are in Canada.
Came to eat on a Friday night. two other tables were filled. my friend and I ordered a bowl pho and my friend also ordered the Vietnamese crepe. we were too many pho sites and the broth left a bit too...beloved and the noodle-width ratio was out (too many noodles). the crepe was something to see, ive never seen anything like that before my friend loved it. I'm sure they work hard, but there wasn't much communication from the service staff at the order and the place needs a facelift. a positive thing is the menu its short and sweet, not a romance like most places.
A bit disgusting I share one of my favorite restaurants, pho viet nam, with them. I do not want to create lineups for their very tasty items on the menu. the prices are so reasonable that they can eat daily.
This family run restaurant is a real find! The food is excellent! I got the won ton soup, which sounds plain, but is fab! Also, you can add the greens, chili, lime and bean sprouts they give you on the side to jazz it up...for those more adventurous. Yum! The guy that runs this restaurant is very friendly and down-to-earth. Very cute as well! I liked it so much I came back the next day for lunch again.
