At first I was very annoyed and did not give the right waffle cone or the right amount of ice, but the manager came by for me replaced my order, made me worthy and happy that I spent my money in this place. Whoever the manager at this time and date you go girls thank you for correcting your employees mistakes and not that I feel like I'm wrong to bring it to your attention. I'll be back to spend more money here.

Definitely, Absolutely DO NOT come here unless you want to be treated like trash. I?ve ordered here before covid happened and it was good service. Now they have the most rudest staff working here. I came to order tonight and what I got in return was a staff member that seemed to hate her job, she couldn?t get an order correctly or even charge it to the correct cards. What a joke. Pls improve on your communication skill and respect one human being to another.

My daughter took me for an ice cream and I love Cold Stone but this one in particular it seems like everytime we go there, they put less and less goodies on their signature ice creams. I order a Cheese Cake Devotion with extra Graham, well the strawberry were missing and the Graham barely there. You can't go in and you are just left outside waiting for what the employees decide your ice cream is going to be, very sad.

I had a Cold Stone Creamery gift card from back in the old days that I just needed to get rid of so I decided to stop by on a whim on a Monday night at 8:00pm and the staff greeted us immediately and were very helpful. I asked to try the chocolate and it was good. I asked for it with oreos in a waffle cone and she got right into making it for me. It was neat to watch but when it came to my total, it was almost $7 for my ice-cream! I could've just drove over to Sam's Club and picked up a box of ice-cream! It was expensive and it tasted good but I don't think I would've stopped in if I didn't have that gift card. Now that I am gift-card-less, I definitely don't think I would stop in again. It's just okay for ice-cream that's good but not great.

Was a bit disappointed with the ice cream. Friendly service but pricey product. The ice cream felt gummy , like it had some kind of additive, and it was not your dense-packed style of ice cream... more like whipped-up and airy. At $3+ for a scoop, that 's not worth repeating.
