Contribuer aux commentairesThis place is amazing! We aren't from the area, but my sister grabbed sandwiches here and recommended we stop. I picked up Black and Blue burgers yesterday and my husband and I are here for Patty Melts. The burgers are HUGE 1/2 pound burgers and cooked while you wait. The fries were perfectly crispy and reminded me of 5 Guys. Needless to say, today we were smart and SPLIT the sandwich. Don't expect some tradional place as it is also a convenience store. That is a great thing if you are camping or at Branson Cove and don't want to fight the traffic. They have a great alcohol and beer selection as well. If you fish, they have bait and fishing supplies. The staff are fun and polite. I'm really glad my sister told me about this place. Otherwise, I would have driven by and missed out! I have NO connection to anyone who works here or owns this place. I never stepped foot into it until yesterday. I just really appreciate locally owned businesses that may not get tge credit they deserve. We heard that the bar and grill behind the building habe live bands on Friday and Saturday. Hopefully I'll be able to write a review for that.
Took our son and grandkids here to eat because everyone says it's good, well, we tried. The woman at the counter seemed very aggregated that we wanted to order food. She shrugged and sighed. Not a good first impression. She than begin to tell us they were out of tortillas so they can't make wraps or quesadillas, which we were fine with. As my husband ordered his bacon cheeseburger she informed him that the bacon is 3.75 extra, on top of their already high prices, however since we've heard good things we were fine with it. Then as I ordered Mac n cheese for my grandson she said not only do they not have it but she doesn't even have a button for it anymore. She said it so rude about it. Then when I ordered they didn't have what I wanted and she just seemed like we were a total inconvenience for her, although we were the ones not getting anything we wanted and being treated disrespectfully. She was so hateful that we left and took our family elsewhere for dinner. Sad part is, my granddaughter asked me why the lady was mad at us. Maybe she should find a job where she doesn't have to work with the public if it's such an inconvenience
We visited Saturday night for dinner and to watch the live music! The food was amazing! The band Plush was Excellent! The scenery is gorgeous. The parking lot is huge! This place is very well taken. The staff was so friendly! They even have dog bowls for your furry friends and sidewalk chalk for the little ones!
We grabbed lunch from the City Diner food trailer and it was all yummy- fried pickles (with a maple dip that was delicious), cheesesteaks, iced coffee. We sat under the Area 71 pavilion and had cold beer and shots served by the sweetest bartender. It was low key, family friendly, and clean.
Went here with some friends for a little pregame. When trying to recollect the ingredients of a shot I had tried before I received snarky comments from the staff questioning my age and if I was even legal. The woman bartender with short hair offered a shot she enjoyed making a alongside the rest of the group said why not. I ordered a well rum and coke and 4 shots for myself and the 3 other people in my group. When I received the tab, I was astonished to see $50 for just those couple items. I?m not confrontational so I didn?t say anything at the moment. But it seems a bit scammy to create the most expensive shot possible and not inform the customer. I never even got an itemized bill but I speculate each of those shots were $10 or more.
