Restaurant Sergiana - Braşov

From what seems to have become a chain of restaurants, not by chance. Reliable restaurant, traditional Romanian cuisine well cooked, served by a personalized staff. Congratulations!

The eyelash soup is the worst thing I've ever tried. It tasted like canned tomato sauce with undercooked calf. Papanasi were also understated.

This is the place to go for traditional dishes. Brilliant quality, huge portions and fast and friendly service. Hunger!

Unique restaurant. An old cellar at the heart of Brasov. Quite interesting experience to have dinner there. Food was good, nothing extraordinary but tastefull. The decoration is the differentiator.

Apart from the fact that we don't get our drinks until we finished the main course, the apple cake was burned, see photo, something I wouldn't use my family. We ordered the 3-course menu and since my wife can't eat gluten, everything she could offer was an apple or ice cream. I'm sure there are better places to choose in Brasov.
