Mcdonald's - Breckland

This McDonald's location is fantastic! The food is delicious and the service is fast. The staff is also very friendly.

This is the worst thing I have ever experienced. The food is often cold, items are missing, and it looks like it was thrown on the floor before being put in the box. It seems like they need more time to assemble the order properly so that everything doesn't clump together and spill out of the container. They can't even move it because it's so poorly assembled, so they end up dropping everything. They need some competition from another fast food outlet in order to improve. Currently, they don't seem to put in any effort, which is very apparent.

I recently visited McDonald's in Dereham and unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience with my order. This isn't the first time that my order has been incorrect or missing items. Today, I ordered two Big Mac meals and a chicken sandwich, but when I got home I found two chicken sandwiches instead. It's not hard to get simple orders right. The food was also cold by the time I got home. I probably won't be returning anytime soon. Dereham McDonald's, please improve your service and make sure to pay attention to customers' orders.

I ordered my food. I have opened it to find out that part of my order is missing, I have contacted mcdonalds and I will not get anywhere, that is the third time, now I am not happy, I will go in the icy cold for my order...at least then I know that I will get my order

Order per uber, the food is neatly delivered. article missing. the management refused to correct her mistake, and said it was up to, they have the order, I don't think. the food was delivered by a terrible standard, but no note to ring again when it was so absolutely useless for the first time. was wasted money, annoyed grandchildren. do not worry again with this special mcdonald’s restaurant, unless they improve clearly!
