Came here for dinner prior to an evening show at the OVO arena and we received a very friendly and warm welcome. The food was ok, not the best quality we’ve had from a Frankie Benny’s, but the service we received from Michael more than made up for the food. He was super attentive, funny and just totally lifted the whole experience for us. 5* customer service.

Considering the volume of people in the resteraunt the staff were absolutley brilliant, food came out very quickly, it was also very tasty and our waiter was very friendly. Without doubt the best Frankie Benny’s I’ve ever visited.

We went for lunch this afternoon at Frankie and Benny’s,it was fantastic.The staff were fantastic,both our waiters were really polite and made perfect attention to detail,even asking if I wanted more butter for my jacket potato.The burger was also delicious too,cheese added a lot of flavour and meat was cooked well and tasted delicious.Nice bun too.The jacket potato was delicious too.Also my lemonade was tasty and really cooled me down!!!!!Food came out exceptionally quickly too.Nice atmosphere,nice decor,I love the really fresh new decor of Frankie and Benny’s.Also restaurant and restrooms were clean as well.Would highly recommend this f&b to anyone.
