The Urban Chocolatier - Brent

I've been visited this place with my friends yesterday night. It was amazing experiencewith uc and the staff and hospitality were tremendous.

Not only was the food sad and dire but the managers were berating staff right out in the open. It was terrible

The only reason this restaurant has good reviews is because customers are promised a free scoop of ice cream if they leave one reviews should be from a good experience not bribery. This place is disgusting ice cream always melted toilets are disgusting and shared male/female its a case of trying to make a profit using minimal effort.

Really enjoyed this place, the food was great and the service was amazing. The worker Nikheel I believe was so welcoming and helpful, help with recommendations and food. He went above and beyond no service beats that! Would recommend this place 10/10

We had a lovely evening enjoying such a range of delicious desserts and were super impressed by Akif’s customer service and friendliness! Will definitely be back for our dessert fix!
