McDonald's - Brentwood

When it comes to McDonald's, you know what to expect. They are always reliable in terms of consistency. The app may not be my top choice, and the service is usually just average. Despite that, I will definitely return as I really enjoy their fries and ice cream, provided the ice cream machine is operational.

On 01/04/2018, my family and I went to McDonald's located at 1595 S. Hanley in Brentwood, Missouri. Despite the cold weather, we had an excellent experience! It was around 1:07 pm and there were at least 20 cars in the drive-thru line, stretching out to the street. A friendly lady was taking orders outside, ensuring a fast and efficient service. Our order was correct and the line moved quickly. I was very impressed by the exceptional service provided by the lady outside and the staff inside. Thank you for a job well done, McDonald's! As a satisfied customer, I appreciate the effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

The staff was very friendly and the order was simple and accurate. I really enjoyed the fish tank!

The Hanley mchdonald… Really stepping up their game! Tonight I got curbside pick up and my food was hot, they brought me the correct beverage, and they remembered the barbecue sauce. I have to say, I am impressed! There’s just something about those McDonald’s fries and when they’re hot they’re like a million times tastier. Now the employee who brought me my food could’ve hated the world a little less but hey I’m not gonna push my luck. Thank you McDonald’s, you were the highlight of my Saturday night. And yes I realize how sad that is but hey that that’s what happens when you’re old boring and single : great job guys
