I have never really had a bad product or service here, but things are nowhere perfect and when something appears, they have worked with me to solve it. I think her product is good and the prices are reasonable. Every place I have Brezeln was different, so I don't try to compare places, but every place has its variation of its product. Like all bread-based items, they will cure some when they are let out whether under a warming lamp or on a table in a function or just overnight because I have bought more than we finish, but I have found them to be just good after heating. People enjoyed them when I got them for various functions that we not only based on comments, but how much was eaten. I was a recurring customer and will continue to be, unless something changes drastically.

Absolutely incredible! My birthday party/host show party was a hit! Lol mainly because of the Brezeln. They were incredibly fresh and the best tasting of porridges around. 5 stars are not enough!

The staff there is super nice, you take care of their customers because how beautiful and understanding they are the fun faty icing is definitely my favorite ol

Always delicious! Friendly service. The older woman who worked the window today was my absolute favorite interaction I had in a business for a long time! She had the best vibes and asked me if she needed a granddaughter because I was totally voluntary! But that's good as always!

New to area but WOW I'm a new fan. And excellent customer service. Really nice drive thru and staff. Helping with recommending dips.
