I had a lovely evening at the hotel last week with my Aunt and Uncle. The food was good and the service was excellent. Stefan was very attentive and was keen to ensure we had a good evening, which we did. The hotel is in a fabulous spot with wonderful views. Thank you. Service: 5 Location: 5

Booked accommodation with dogs .Arrived late afternoon after 1700 discovered room not cleaned yet, and not ready for occupation. Receptionist very arrogant and unprofessional and unfriendly. Result we cancelled our booking. Service: 1
