Contribuer aux commentairesThe atmosphere is, as they expect, beautiful music for birthdays and generally appealing. they could not find my reservation and I had to show them at my phone. the service was slow, eating together ordered came to different times. the bill was wrong again, as they accused me twice for the same meal. that was dry for my son, he ate mine. I will not come back.
We were in the restaurant a series of times, but not for a because bad service and eating have experienced on the last visit, we decided to give it another go, unfortunately the experience was worse than before. I myself and my son ordered cabornara, who float in fat and hardly any sauce at all that the waitress recognized, this was changed for an alternative plate that took time to arrive, and when my wife had finished her meal that left us the second dish. Even the chicken dish of my wife was not good, since the hawn was extremely dry as she was a type 1 diabetic, she had little choice but to eat what was there. we will not go back and would certainly never recommend this restaurant to everyone. very bad experience!
I was very disappointed by our booking with open table as if I had an email confirming the online booking when we arrived at frankie bennys, they had no booking for us. the lady I spoke with was quite rude and said she had not received our booking and we would have to wait 10/15 minutes for a table! we sat after approx. 10 minutes to and even though our drink and eating was ordered quite quickly, our starter took a long time to appear {even if people around us who sat after us left their ancestors before us] we had served our main courses but I had no cutlery! I tried to put someone in order to put something in hiding, but after no answer gave me a dame from the opposite table! we asked about the bill after our main course and when the waitress put the bill on the table, a glass of wine was beaten over me! the glass broke into many pieces, but again we couldn't attract anyone to help us! overall we were very disappointed by the service that we had in this night, as the food was very good, we dine a lot in merryhill frankie bennys but the feeling, we can not return for a very long time!

We have been to the restaurant a number of times, but not for a while having experienced poor service and food on the last visit, we decided to give it another go, unfortunately the experience was worse than before. Myself and my son ordered Cabornara which was swimming in grease and hardly any sauce at all , which the waitress acknowledged, this was changed for an alternative dish which took time to arrive , and by the time it did my wife had finished her meal which resulted in us leaving the second dish. Even my wife's chicken dish was not good as the chicken was extremely dry , as she is a type 1 diabetic she had little choice but to eat what was there. We will not be going back, and would certainly never recommend this restaurant to anyone . Very poor experience!!!!!
