Happy Maki Sushi Burritos Bento (takeaway)

I discovered this lovely vegan sushi roll shop last summer when I was strolling around Brighton. I have to say their food is delicious, the portions are reasonable and the flavours are great. The staff were friendly and upbeat.

Delicious, so many options and the portions were huge. I had a build your own bowl and it was really yummy and there was so much I couldn 't finish it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of space upstairs to sit and outside benches too. Their ethos is cute as well, lovely ethical choice in the lanes. Vegetarian options: Amazing veggie options Service: Dine in

The best sushi I've ever had, we went back the next day to try more flavours. If you're going with a friend I'd recommend sharing two between you so you can try the different options! My favourite is the caulipop
