I visited 620 last night with my special needs daughter. our waitress, cat, was the most beautiful person we've ever met. she helped my daughter get through a mini-melt and now my daughter wants to eat only 620 for cats. eating was amazing. the world needs more loving and compassionate people like cat. 10/10 eating and service

I was sitting with the same service three times to write this review and I hate to leave a bad review. I've been in business for 25 years. service is slow, how can be. 13 minutes for a water. as two minutes later our drinks finally came and also my appetizers. I shouldn't come my appetizers and drinks at the same time! this is my third time here and still my same complaining. but service needs help! and they are really not friendly on the host desktop also! probably do not come back.

We sat in an hour at a busy day. the atmosphere is great and very cozy. they have a great selection of sushi. I recommend the shredded place. the parmesan garlic with bbq aioli sauce are super delicious. we tried the chicken meat and the ulcer laughs. they are pressed hard to find better quality eating at a cheaper price.

A must travel to bristol, tn. service was great, eating was delicious and the customers were friendly! from charlottesville coming, va is this a welcome change. we're coming back!

We stopped at 620 State on our way to Tennessee and couldn't wait to dine there again on the way back two days later. A delicious array of Southern and Asian dishes all laced with some incredibly warm Southern hospitality. The hostess Jo Ella remembered they had run out of hand sanitizer when we first came in and had bought some extra on her own just in case they ran out and another customer needed some. Our first trip the only tables available were ones with high stools which wouldn't work for 90 year old mom. They did some rearranging magic and made sure we got the right kind of table without a wait. I wish I had my phone with me both times to show pictures of the ambiance and great food. Definitely recommend the Grilled Salmon, Downtown Chicken, Drunken Noodles, Pad Thai, and Dragon Roll since we tried those. I bet all the other dishes are just as good. The servers were super attentive. Any time we were even slightly close we will definitely stop by again!
