My boy recently stopped by to grab a much needed delux spicy chicken sandwich on his long road trip. He was expecting your usually level of an exquisite fast food experience. Instead his taste buds were greeted with an over cooked sandwich and unmelted cheese. Disappointed. We understand that you were extra busy and I will take this experience with a grain of salt given the increased level chick-fil-a enthusiasts. The over all experience was 2 stars. However, I have given three based on your reputation. Be better chick- fil-a we count on you…
This is honestly the slowest and most inconsistent Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I work at the Pinnacle and no one at my store will dine here due to the wait times for food. The staff is always super nice but something definitely needs to be done with the drive thru
For the past three times we have drove from kingsport to bristol so my kids can get Chick-fl-a. Every time the nuggets have dark meat and ever grisly . I bought a chicken sandwich yesterday and the whole time eating it you would have thought it was a grilled chicken sandwich. Which I would give it a 1. I have been so disappointed by this location
Food is consistently great. On this visit, our kid's meal was missing the waffle fries (which has never happened to us before). But because we were dining in, they were able to quickly replace the missing fries despite being incredibly busy. I didn't think this slight error justified losing any stars.
I have never been more consistently disappointed by a fast food location. Nearly 100% of the time there is something missing from my order, and with a 25 to 30 minute average wait it’s not feasible to turn around and get what’s missing. You can of course go inside to get your order fixed, but if you wanted to go in that’s what you would have done in the first place. If I’m going to pay 50 dollars for a meal for 3 people I do have the expectation that it be correct. I work in the food service industry and I understand mistakes, I make them too, but when it becomes a consistent pattern as it has at this location its clear that management is failing to prepare there workers, or has no expectations. There is another location 8 miles up the road which consistently lives up to the standards touted by the company, I’d recommend that location over this one any day, and nine times out of ten your service will be quicker even with the 16 miles of additional driving.
