Just want to let everyone be aware that this restaurant is horrifying and has horrendous customer services. I placed an order for delivery at 18.30 to be delivered between 20.00-20.30 order was accepted and even got notification to say it’s been prepared at 19.30. At 19.57 the order was cancelled by the restaurant as they no longer wanted to deliver. Leaving me without my dinner last minute when all planned. I rang the store to ask for justification for this to only be told they didn’t want to deliver it. Hung up on me and refusing to let me speak to anyone about it. Terrible customer service. So I wouldn’t bother ordering from them as you will get let down save your money and go elsewhere.

Have been using this restaurant for sometime and found it excellent but on this occasion we had a significant birthday to celebrate and 9 people at home for a party so ordered take away ,9 different dishes with various sides bhajis, breads and rice. It was delivered within the time stated, no mistakes on the order and all everyone said it was one of the best Indian meals they had ever had.

Ordered the meal on their web site, after an hour pasted the delivery slot call them and told we have closed the restaurant and just hung up !! so no food and £78 out of pocked, reporting as fraud to the card issuer and have no idea how we get our money back

Visited this restaurant the other day for a sit in meal. There was only our table plus one other, but Im afraid they seemd to struggle to cope. Service was very friendly but very slow. We had our main meal after an hour and a half and we got the impression that they were struggling in the kitchen. In the end, the meals arrived but they were incredibly bland. I visit a lot of curry houses with friends and thought Id try this one because it had decent reviews. Im guessing that the takeaways are treated as a priority because our meals were very very disappointing. Just bland, very little spice and generally lacking much flavour. I couldnt recommend the restaurant as a whole because the atmosphere was also very dull. Disappointing but thats the way it was for us.

First time we have ordered from this restaurant and it is the best Indian takeaway we have ever had! All nice and hot and very tasty. Will definitely be returning.
