Do. Not. Get. Food. Here. Today was the fourth or fifth time they forgot about my order. After ten minutes, I asked what 's going on and, without explanation, they gave me my order a couple of minutes later (with no apology [it was the manager who I told and the manager who handed me the order without apology] . Twice before I 've ordered food and, again, after 10 minutes I ask what 's going on and both times they told me that they were out of multigrain bagels. Obviously that 's fine but... but why did they wait for me to ask what 's going on? I saw three workers chatting with nothing to do, aware that I was standing there waiting for something.Coffee is fine, it 's on tap, you 'll get that fast. Well, one time I ordered the cold brew with the foam. The manager (mind you poured the cold brew and handed it to me, without foam. I said, oh sorry I ordered the foam as well, it 's on the receipt. She replied That 's the foam indicating the suds that were bubbling at the top of the nitro cold brew. I said... no, that... that 's not the foam. The sweet cold foam is [proceeded to explain to a Dunkin manager what sweet cold foam is]. p.s. same manager as in the first paragraph.I am a super patient guy, it takes a lot to get me annoyed, let alone writing negative reviews on Google.
Holy slow as heck and constantly making mistakes. The old staff is not there anymore.
Spent a few nights at the hotel next door hopped in there for morning coffees and such. Service is slow and erred on an order.
Amazing how you do a mobile order.For some context this is what the order was.CoffeeChocolate Frosted Donut2x Hash BrownsCarrot Cake MuffinAnd only the coffee and 1x hashbrown was handed to me in a way where they made it seem like it was the only thing I ordered.I asked about the other items and they then started to make the other order and find the carrot cake muffin and had no chocolate frosted donut but they initally expected me to leave with just the hashbrown and coffee.When I recieved the 2nd order of hashbrowns, while still being polite after the inital mix up, I still gave my graditiude and all I got was a bunch of mmmmmhmmmmm responses.Its amazing how my order was messed up and rather than myself being the disrespectful one its the people making the orders.1 star, mmmmmhmmmmmm indeed.
