Jackson Hole - Broad Channel

Burgers all the way. Big, juicy, and cooked right. A little pricey but it’s a huge burger so you’re getting your money’s worth

I have been to Jackson Hole in downtown Manhattan. Great place. This place however, was a complete turned off and overhyped. The Black Forest Milkshake was terrible. The Burger was good. The worst part, this place is cash only. Not giving customers the option to use a Debit/Credit card at a well established restaurant is unacceptable. The first thing that pops in my head is, the IRS. Anyway, definitely not coming back.

Food wasnt great Ordered 2 burgers one was taste very bland too much protein about 16 oz patty that doesn’t hold up very well Service was terrible employees just stand around and act stupid Didn’t even get to enjoy my burger fell apart after taking one it. Nobody came and checked on me or offered me a new burger done anything about it just took away a sad mess that they call a burger. Great diner in the area. Have been here several times for breakfast! Staff is great, food comes out quick and is delicious. Oddly, what I really love is the juke box at the table, worth every quarter!
