I bought a tuna salad on lettuce. When I got home, while eating, I noticed that some (maybe 1/2) of the lettuce was wilted and discolored. I called the store and the woman who had helped me finally answered the phone. I told her the problem and she insisted that every morning she makes it fresh. When I offered to share a picture, she hung up on me.

If you need the best pastries, look no further. This bakery is always so fresh and delicious, the go to place for me. I've been going for 6 years, I have moved and still make the time to drive there because I need there Apple turnovers and cinnamon sticks.

I tried to order cupcakes for my son's birthday a week in advance, but they wouldn't take my order. I was repeatedly told to call back the next day. Finally, the day before the party, they accepted my order. I requested cupcakes with chocolate frosting and blue sprinkles, but when I went to pick them up, I discovered that the boxes contained cupcakes with green icing and colored sprinkles instead. When I called to report the mix-up, they insisted it was the correct order and hung up on me. I called back to seek assistance, but they hung up on me again. The service was very rude and unreliable. We really need Chiffons Kosher Cake Center back; they were the best nut-free bakery around!
