Angies Big Baps Cafe - Broadland

I stopped by Angie's restaurant today and I was impressed by her warm demeanor and willingness to accommodate my requests. The food she serves is top quality and reasonably priced. It's no surprise that she's always busy, as the experience is excellent and offers great value for money.

I stopped at Angie's Big Baps on Tuesday, September 3rd. I ordered a bacon and egg roll and was given the option of smoked or unsmoked bacon, which I appreciated. Unable to decide, I ended up having both. The food was delicious and I enjoyed a nice cup of tea, noting that Angie only uses branded drinks like PG Tips and Nescafe coffee. The van was very clean and I had a great conversation with Angie, who I also shared my name with. When I asked how long she had been there, she told me 11 years. I complimented her for doing things right by maintaining good quality food and keeping the van and layby clean. I will definitely be recommending Angie's Big Baps to my friends and will make sure to stop by every time I pass by.

The excellent food at this restaurant is perfect for those with special dietary needs. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate and are always smiling, with great knowledge of the local area. The prices are reasonable for the high quality of food. It's always a pleasure to dine here - keep up the good work!

Stopped here for a bite to eat a coffee, generally when i go past, this layby always seems to be full, sometimes with VOSA sometimes with HGV 's having their 45. The food is nothing special, it becomes quiet obvious the quality is off the lower end of the market, buy cheap sell dear, i would say. The coffee was probably the worst i have tasted only because again probably the cheapest brand i am guessing. As for the conversation, from who i can only guess was Angie, was very flavoured, you would have thought she owned this layby, this stretch of the A47 the way she spoke and was not very complimentary about other vendors in other layby 's near by. On my way back to my wagon i asked some of the other drivers who were parked up had they eaten here, No brought me own , just stopped for a 15 or a 30 min break, never eat here . I shall not stop here again for food but i may stop for my break if i have food drink with me..

Had a fantastic breakfast and bacon rolls everything was clean the rolls were fresh we will be calling again
