Contribuer aux commentairesRude customer service they had to re make my burger 3 times and when I went inside for them to fix it they guy asked if he really had to make my burger again. Bad attitude and if they listened the first 2 times it wouldn’t have been a problem!
When we placed our order the guy behind the counter was very rude and rolled his eyes. The soda machine was very dirty and sticky, it even had hairs on it. The tables were mostly dirty and the floor was very sticky, unswept and very gross. They messed up our order we ordered the ultimate bacon burger and didn’t get any bacon, we addressed the issue with the untouched burger and receipt, the manger argued with us for several minutes before finally rudely agreeing to remake it. Poor service and the food has gone downhill
I really enjoyed the 2 cheeseburger ? meal. I'm told by basically everyone who goes there tho . The chicken sandwich ? is the best there is period. So that'll be my next time. I'm from upstate NY jack in the box is an enigma for us
Sitting at the drive thru window and i watch a lady drop 3 tacos on the floor and pick them back up and put them in the wrack. Next thing you know they bag them and hand them to me out the window like nothing happend. Absolutely disgusting ?
Bought the family a few burgers for Christmas day they asked me how much I had paid for 5 burgers I said 42$ they told me I had just thrown away my money. The burgers were cold ans tasted really stale my uncle microwaved his after I brought it home not coming back here again just ruined my holiday meal. Also the drive through employees were totally out of line with rudeness.
