As for the service, it has been inconsistent. Sometimes customer service is excellent, while at other times it’s lacking. This shouldn’t be the case; customers deserve excellent service every time!

I always take my daughter to five guys after we go to target to buy toys. The nice guy with the long hair gave my daughter his attention and let her order for us. She’s only 4. She was super excited about the lemonade. Thank you ?

There isn't a waitress here, and I usually don't critique customer service at fast-casual spots like this. I’m content as long as my orders are correct and there’s a minimum level of courtesy and competence, which this location consistently delivers. They've also never disappointed when it comes to their signature burger—it's always delicious and flavorful. The fries can vary a bit; sometimes they’re perfectly crispy, while other times they can be soggy and greasy. Overall, this location is fantastic, and the burgers I’ve had there have consistently met my expectations for quality and taste.
