Carter's Seafood - Brook Highland

I visited on today for the first time, after viewing online pictures of the seafood. I was excited to try the food but the shrimp and grits were absolutely awful! The grits were watery and had no flavor at all, and the shrimp were actually undercooked. The only item in the container that I consumed were the sausages, which were good. Beyond that, I had to throw everything else away.

I wasn't able to try any of their food dishes. I was there for an event next door however,on my next visit I am definitely going to try their food out the menu looks really

So I visited Carters Hooka bar Grill for the first time. I had seen so many good reviews on another site so I decided to give it a try. To say I was underwhelmed wouldn't suffice. The atmosphere was nice, chill little vibe. Good music, good vibes, bad food Drinks were disgusting. We ordered shrimp grits, steak shrimp, 2 blue MF (drinks) Cajun ranch cheese fries. The grits were under cooked, no seasoning, and tasted like water. We added salt and that didn't help at all. The sausage was burnt and it was a little too done. The shrimp was seasoned but it didn't balance the grits. The steak and shrimp tasted like each other. They didn't have a distinct flavor, it's like they cooked it together. The steak was waaayyy overcooked and the heat wasn't hot enough because the steak didn't have a char on the outside. It was spicy along with the shrimp. It did come with 2 potatoes covered in cheese and a side salad that was mostly tomatoes cucumbers minimal lettuce. The drinks were awful. Too much alcohol, the end that's all. I would come back but definitely not for the food.
