Taco Bell - Brooking

Got everything in our order wrong said no cheese gave tacos with only meat and cheese… and have a bean burrito with cheese when asked not to! ?

I'm not from this area DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM CRESCENT CITY because 9nline says they are open till 11pm..I AM.SOO IRRITATED abt this was a 31 minute drive

This location does not abide by their open times as others have commented in their reviews. It clearly says 7am-11pm on Google AND on their doors but I pulled in a 8pm and both the dining room and drive through were closed.

Says they’re open, and drive through and lobby both closed with cones .

I work next-door at Burger King. I came over to Taco Bell to get some food due to the fact I got burnt out with Burger King food so as arriving, they had the lobby closed. Staff asked to talk to a manager. The lady said she was a general manager and I know for a fact, the general manager has been fired Said, the district managers name and the store number whoever on the phone name Rachel hung up on me. It’s very unprofessional. The lobby should always remain open even if you’re understaffed Burger King even if we’re understaffed, we our lobby is always open.
