Great customer service and helpful employees. Sometimes its the little things that can make or break an experience. Great job!
The manager at this location is very rude. I had a catering order for delivery today at 3:15. They did INFORM ME THAT THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED. I had to call there and he told me the order was cancelled 15 minutes after I ordered it. NO ONE CALLED TO INFORM ME OF THAT. So I have a class with 20 people with NO FOOD.
Third time order was wrong and took way too long to get it! Either they don't read the order ticket or they don't care to take the time to fulfill what the order says. Took an hour to get the food! So much for freaky fast, freaky fresh. This location is 100% trash. This location has gone way down hill in the last year. Won't be getting my business anymore at this location.
No complaints. Food came out quick and as I ordered.
