On their best days, they truly can claim their LLC license title of Best Pizza (but not chicken). A thin layer of soft crispy dough, evenly portioned with cheese and tomato sauce, a true representation of a NY Slice. On their regular (not so Best days), they 're still pretty solid. Slightly cold and doughy. My gf and I made the heavenly decision to experiment with curry as a topping (self-supplied) using Best Pizza as the vehicle and we 've been obsessed since. I can guarantee this is way better than shower sex. It 's to the point where I 'm questioning whether my gf is visiting me or coming here to get a slice in.In a neighborhood lacking diversity, it 's one of the only spots to grab casual Spanish food. Case and point: at nights, this turns into a hangout spot for delivery workers. The chicken can be dry at times but you 're going in for the spanish flavors in the crust. Or at least I am; it 's my own slice of the Bronx.
Deceptively ordinary fast food pizza joint that produces a bomb NYC slice. I ordered from them because I was looking for an affordable lunch option for my boyfriend and I, and their photos on DoorDash looked like they had a good standard pizza that's not too doughy or saucy, and it was only $12 for a plain pie.I was floored at how good this pizza is. It is very well-balanced: thin but substantial enough to support its toppings. The dough to sauce to cheese ratio was perfect, and it was so evenly baked. My favorite part is that the cheese is just slightly toasty and browned in the best way. This pizza lends itself perfectly for any seasonings you want to add to it (We recommend dusting it with some curry powder. Trust me, it will blow your mind). Even my boyfriend who doesn't usually eat carbs couldn't resist scarfing down two slices lol.Honestly, Best Pizza is a name well-deserved. If you want a quintessential NYC thin-crust pizza, this is a go-to.
It was a very nice place to eat but they one time sent me a meatball parm loaded with oil and had a piece of tin foil in
They charge me higher because I don’t know the price. So bad business!
