Braven Brewing Company - Brooklyn

The interior of the place is quite appealing with a beautiful long bar on the left and large brewing tanks visible at the back. The staff greeted us warmly, and we decided to take a seat at the bar. The establishment is very clean, with a lovely white marble bar top. They feature about 14 different beer taps for their in-house brews, catering to a wide range of tastes. Sydney, our server, was friendly and suggested we try a flight of beers, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. My friend and I sampled a variety of brews, sharing a total of eight different beers, and each had its own unique charm! We also ordered the French onion soup, the Braven Burger, and a kale salad, all of which were delicious. One of the owners, Marshall, took the time to share fascinating stories about the local breweries—insights I hadn’t known before. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to—definitely someone you would enjoy having a conversation with if he wasn’t too busy. Just as we were finishing up, a group of about 20 new customers arrived, and they seemed like they would have a great time, just like we did. I would absolutely return to this place!

The staff greeted us with warm smiles, and we chose to sit at the end of the bar. The entire place was very clean, including the stylish white marble-looking bar. They had around 14 taps featuring their own brews, so there’s definitely something for every beer lover. Sydney, our friendly server, suggested we try some flights, which was a fantastic idea. My friend and I sampled a variety of beers, sharing eight different options, each with its unique appeal. We also ordered the French onion soup, a delicious burger, and a kale salad—all of which were excellent! One of the owners, Marshall, shared fascinating stories about the brewery’s history that I had never heard before. He really knows his stuff when it comes to brewing and was an enjoyable person to converse with. He was approachable, and it was clear that everyone would be comfortable chatting with him if he wasn’t busy. While we were there, I noticed about 20 other customers who seemed to be enjoying themselves as much as we were. I would definitely return to this spot!
