Schnitzel Haus - Brooklyn

The food at this restaurant is quite good. I especially enjoyed the sausages and Schnitzel. The beer selection was excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. The service was decent, especially considering it was just the bartender handling everything (and she did a great job).

First time, just a bit snug not Brooklyn from Staten Island. Moderate German tap selection. Potato pancakes appetizer was spot on. Family enjoyed schnitzel, wursts, pickled beets, etc. Disappointed with the spatzle. Highly recommend.

Sang karaoke in front of many people which was well appreciated.

Thank you for the delicious Thanksgiving dinner. I couldn't be happier.

Among places offering German food, Schnitzelhaus is quite the find. We'd been there twice before, and always had a great time. I had the Schnitzel a la Holstein, which I devoured ... nice touch: anchovies and capers on the side.
