Waffle House - Broussard

Waitress did not introduce herself. Forgot part of my husband's order. Food was a little greasy.

Went this morning to get some food before work and had to call in due to food poisoning. Once i threw up the group i went with ended up throwing up throughout the day.

The staff here does not listen when taking your order. My husband had to oder his meal 3 times, and finally, he called the cook over and told hi what he wanted and finally he got his meal- by the time his meal finally came out correct mine was gone (which wasn't correct either however, I am not the type to send my meal back... I don't trust the wait stuff that much)... I had to eat mine or it was gonna be cold by the time my husband's came back. Now when we arrived it took 20 mins for our order to be taken, it wasn't even busy especially for a waffle house. I don't know.... I think I am about done eating out, customer service sucks everywhere since covid! ?

Agnes ordered chocolate chip pancakes. They forgot to put them in. All she ordered was pancakes, bacon, and coffee. Not too complicated.
