Take it from this frequent traveler, this place is a hidden gem. The textbook definition of a hole in the wall, but the taste is next to none. By far my favorite place in Brownsville to eat Mexican food, great seasoning, amazing attention to details like warming the green salsa, making their own chips and tortillas. This place is .

Very bad experience! Before ordering we asked the waitress if the price will be the same with the flour tortilla with the special, she said yes. Waitress was not attentive during our visit . When it was time to pay, it didn’t add up. We were told it was because of the flour tortillas. We explained to the cashier, don’t know if it was the owner or not, that the waitress had told us that price was the same with flour tortillas, he said “he will talk to her”. We ended up paying extra!! Will not be coming back!
