Shane's Rib Shack - Brunswick

On a scale of 1 10, while 10 is the highest, I give Shane 's Rib a 2 the food was 't good at all. My plate was cold, no meat on my baby. Customer service was terrible? I am back in Brunswick GA I will not come Shane 's Rib Shack.

Nice place great food. Fun and sassy staff. If you go through or live here, great place to eat. We're Florida guys and we'll be back.

You were kind. Super Fast! The food was good? Just one thing. they gave me no sauce for my pulled pig. Every other restaurant gives you their sweet things or ask. That was a big decision! I didn't know I had to ask. I think it's customary to give it. Sauce is always given.

At first I want to say that the house staff was very friendly! Food tables definitely need improvement. Tables were dirty. On 4 different tables and all dirty. I understand short employees, the economy sucks people don't want to work, but if someone stands up, all tables should be checked. I cleaned the table myself so I could eat somewhere. The food.. You can say heated back in the microwave, but what really makes me write this review is chef or whoever is responsible to prepping the pig when it does cooking must check for bone. My engagement was eating on 3 different bones halfway through his sandwich, which he totally lost his appetite, because we don't want something to happen that could have been the worst. Please check the pig before serving. Happy customers come back. I hope to come back one day and have a great experience, not just a good experience.

Potato was delicious and the deep fried okra was the best of all the fried okra i have ever had.
