The rude and dismissive attitudes were uncalled for. The customer service is simply poor. When the young Asian staff and his siblings ran this place, there was a warm and friendly atmosphere. The new staff must be overwhelmed or untrained because they are incompetent. It's disappointing to see this place go downhill.
I visited this small place from the city and ordered a brown sugar oat milk latte (7/10), a mixed mocha (5/10), a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant (9/10), a potato and egg taco (3/10), a red velvet donut (10/10), and a chocolate ice cream donut (9/10). I was a bit disappointed with the wait for the food and coffee, as some items were handed over to me separately. However, the atmosphere is great for a college coffee shop that is not a chain (8/10). I will definitely come back for the croissant sandwiches, which exceeded my expectations for a coffee shop. I suggest getting coffee and sandwiches at the same time. The staff was very friendly!
I was anticipating a larger variety of donuts, but the selection was quite limited, possibly due to the time of day we visited. However, the croissants were delicious.
Great food, not just doughnuts! And they make it from scratch it seems so you can tell them to hold or add more. This is good if you are getting food for someone who has dietary restrictions. Great cold pressed coffee. Overall a very good experience.
It costs $0 to get on your social media pages and let people know you’ll be closed for 2 weeks. We came all the way out here in the rain just to see the building with lights out and a poorly written sign announcing they’ll be closed until the 29th.
