Dunkin' - BRYN MAWR

The staff was rude to any customer waiting for it. I observe that they refuse to honour a company advertisement that tries to force another customer to pay for something advertised by the company. I'll take my business elsewhere. This the second time that I was here the second time I witnessed?ve witnessed or received such bad treatment and customer service

The rude workers and they can never get my order right. I ask for less ice cream in my ice cream coffee and they continue to fill it up with ice cream. I ask her to remake her and they'll throw a fit. Absolutely ridiculous that they behave like that.

Staff do not wear masks right and not even do to try to get your order right

Asked for a hot coffee was given a cold coffee in a hot coffe cup

Worst Dunkin? Donuts I have seen in this whole area. Lady at desk rushes you through order, messes up and doesn?t give you receipt or order number and then some of the staff is rude to talk to. Perhaps bringing in some diversity of employees might help once they stop to pack place with Indian heritage.
