We are great friends of Mexican flavors and decided to try Mexican food from Argentin. We didn't have to be disappointed, the right flavors, maybe a little less sharp, but the food is well made and the portions are again great as everywhere. Friendly stuff, quick service. Allí nos quedamos más tiempo
Now there were no recent reviews of this place, but it was busy and had a nice menu, so we gave it a shot....I had the Pollo Al Champion and the woman had the Super Taco. Everything was good together with a beautiful cold Patagonian camp.
We were thrilled by the amount of vegetarian options on the menu, but were left by the taste of food itself. We ordered veggie tacos and veggie fajitas, which were essentially the same, except the tacos were folded over and had a bit of salad and tomatoes on it. The vegetables inside were corn, peas, celery and other unexpected veggies that had not yet much taste - many salsa and salt were added to the food. Just next to the meal sat outside on a well-lit terrace with a lot of lively conversation around us. A unique Mexican food experience in South America, but not one we go back.
The food was good, the service was a little slow, but not bad if you are not in a hurry. A reasonable menu del dia. Even the atmosphere was good, not bad, but not spectacular. A good option if you are already in the area.
